Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the blue "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number(if applicable) to your order.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: It will normally take 10 to 20days.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide and ensure we make every fashion lovers an enjoyable shopping experience with us.

Q: I ordered multiple products, why only received one or part?

A: To keep all products in good condition during delivery, we may send in seperate parcels, so please do not worry, the items you have not received yet are in other parcels on the way, you will receive them very soon.

Q: Tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received anything?

A: Occasionally, a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. It may take an additional day or two for your package to be delivered.
If your package hasn't arrived within two days of the delivery scan:
Check with members of your household, neighbors, doormen, and the front desk to see if someone accepted delivery.
Look around your delivery area. Carriers try to leave packages in safe locations. Typical spots include under porches, under benches, back doors, and around garages.
Check your mailbox.
Look for an attempted delivery notice. If the carrier feels it is unsafe to leave your package at your residence, the driver will leave an attempted delivery notice.
If your package still hasn't arrived two days after the delivery scan:
Please contact us, we will resend.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: Does your website provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the shipping cost of return.
